Creation of a new wine-making plant

Creation of a new wine-making plant (Fabbri type), another new wine-pressing post (the same as the one in the village) is installed at the Volabis unit.
All the fermentation vats of the two units are equipped with refrigerating systems allowing to control the temperatures and to improve the wines-making conditions. As for the bottling nothing was left out.
